This week in writig i have been working on my writing doc. The writing we have been working on is called persuasive writing. Persuasive writing is when you are trying to convince someone to think the same thing as you. Now that i have explained what persuasive writing is now i am gonna tell you what i did. First There was 1 video  the video was about a girl breaking a boy’s gutair because she had a very cranky day and then she drank some sprite to cool her down so it was basically was about sprite. And then the 2 posters that we had to read. And the 1 of the poster was about messaging and why messaging is better than calling. The second poster was about cadbury chocolate and a poster that were trying to convince people to buy there chocolate. Now i am gonna tell you what we did. So basically we had to fill out each box and we had to answer who is the audience, what language features,etc. Then we had to make a lot of ideas in each box and write them down.

I have been working on my poetry anthology, First i did the writing and then changed the font and the background (ETC). So today I am going to take you to my journey of what i did. First I did my writing of my comparison poem if you don’t know what a comparison poem is i am going to write at then end. And then i did a wish poem and if you don’t know what a i wish poem is I will write it down at the end. And then I changed the background and the fonts (ETC).

Comparison poem:   Used the word ‘as’ or ‘like’

I have been working on my writing for two days. But i am going to explain what i did, First I had to choose 2 poetry for the tittle and the trail. Then we had to write the author name. Once we have choosen the tittle and the author we had to write down what was the poem about. We could work in buddy’s but we also can work by ourselves. After I had to write poetry ingredients if you don’t know what ‘poetry ingredients’ lt is what you have to add what a poetry writing needs. Anyways after that we had to draw a picture of the poem, well we didn’t have to we could insert an image. And we could leave the section that says ‘ poem 1’ and ‘ poem 2.’

Today We had to write a teacher’s report about a teacher, There were 3 slides I had to work on. I chose my favorite teacher It was really easy and fun to do because We get to actually have a chance to write a report about a teacher. the reason i have picked this teacher is because She is my favorite teacher and she is also my homeroom teacher.

This is my is my Persuasive writing  journey, SO COME ALONG! Firstly we had a vote about non uniform or uniform and obiously I chose non uniform, Then we had a brainstorm sheet and write why mufti is better, Then we had to hightlight our three topic sentences, Then after that we had to write our topic sentences and examples, and then we wrote our introduction and conculsion. And then once we had done everything we had to write it on a document like how I did it. I am very proud of doing my work and finishing my work. This was took me a while but not that hard like it was in the middle.

On week 4 and 5 me and some of my clasmates we were writing paragraph sentences. i tried to take a photo of my paragraph but it did not seem to work out. so i am going to write it instead. we also had to write 6 sentence and i did 6.

here is my sentences,

The wild things looked scary because of their sharp white teeth.

The wild things looks mad because of their sharp claws.

The wild things has yellow eyes like the bright sun and long luscious red hair.

The wild thing has webbed feet like a capybara.

The wild thing has yellow fur like her eyes.

The wild thing is swinging and having fun.

Thoes are my six sentences about the wild thing.

On Monday Ms hanrahan’s writing group we were writing conversation writing about the problem. On monday we had to brainstorm our ideas about the conversation. On Tuesday i was not here so i did not get to write that much on my conversation. But i did start my conversation on Monday.

“Hi, who are you and where do you come from?” Said the wild thing gnashing his teeth.

Max replied saying, “Hi my name is Max i came from my room without any supper.” Said Max confidently.
